My new pattern Replier is a sort of cowl/wrap/collar that you wear folded under.
It is knit from the top edge down.
Three snaps secure the top on the folded down edge and 2 hook and eyes close the front.
To wear, close the snaps first, then fasten hook and eyes.
Then fold top edge in.
