We want your yarn and kits to reach you quickly and safely! Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship.
Order Processing
Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process your order. You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Local Delivery
At this time, we do not offer local delivery or pick up.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Orders are generally shipped within 1–3 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer free U.S. shipping on retail orders over $100.

Wholesale Shipping

Wholesale orders ship within 3–5 business days.

Free shipping is available on wholesale orders of $1,000 or more when paid by ACH transfer.

Otherwise, shipping charges will be added to wholesale invoices and are based on actual carrier rates.

Please note: Tracking information may be provided when your shipping label is created. However, orders will not be released to the carrier until full payment has been received.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select countries outside the U.S. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Please note: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once a shipment reaches your destination country. Ikigai Fiber is not responsible for these charges, which are the customer’s responsibility.
Estimated international delivery: 8–20 business days (varies by destination and carrier).
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. Ikigai Fiber is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please check with neighbors or your building manager and contact your local USPS office for assistance. You may also file a claim directly with the carrier.
If a package is lost in transit (not marked delivered), please contact us and we’re happy to help investigate.
For added security, we recommend selecting signature confirmation or requesting hold-for-pickup at your local post office
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
Please see our full Return Policy for details. If your order arrives damaged, email us at hello@ikigaifiber.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll work with you on a satisfactory solution.
