Ikigai Fiber Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Ikigai Fiber! If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Retail Customers

• Returns: Unused yarn, kits, or notions in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to original payment method or store credit.

• Condition: Items must be in new, resalable condition (no odors, pet hair, winding, or missing labels).

• Exclusions: Sale items, digital downloads (patterns), and gift cards are non-returnable.

• Process: Please email us at hello@ikigaifiber.com with your order number before sending items back. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

Wholesale Customers

• All wholesale orders are considered final sale. Please inspect shipments promptly and notify us within 7 business days of delivery if there are any discrepancies or damaged items so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items of equal value for retail customers, subject to stock availability. Please contact us first so we can set aside your replacement items.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed once returned items are received and inspected. Please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your account.
